Quail farming and organic chicken farming technology

Aquator offers modern technologies in poultry farming to increase meat production productivity and boost egg production of chickens and quails.

The usage of Aquator technology is also effective in poultry farming and can be used both in the industrial production of poultry meat and in farming.

Among broiler meat producers, a criterion called the European Broiler Index — EPEF (European Efficiency Productivity Factor) has been adopted to assess production efficiency

It is calculated according to a certain formula, which includes such indicators as average daily weight gain, poultry mortality and feed conversion. An enterprise is considered successful if the Index is in the range of 300-350 units.

At one of the industrial poultry farms for fattening broilers, located in the vicinity of the city of Nagykanizsa in southwestern Hungary, the Aquator technology was tested on the task of fattening broilers.

At the time of the tests, the Broiler Index on the farm was hovering around 300 units. By organizing the feeding of poultry with activated water, it was possible to improve all the indicators that contribute to the formula of the Broiler Index and bring it to a value of 350 units.

The farm consisted of eight poultry houses, two of which participated in the test: one control, the other test. Each poultry house had an area of 1.100 m2 and was inhabited by about 20,000 heads. Fattening was carried out on a broiler of the ROSS 308 breed. The herd is mixed. The bird was kept under a stylish way. The test results are shown in the table below.

From the results shown in the table, the lines “Feed conversion” and “European broiler index” attract special attention.

The figures show that the use of innovative farming technology Aquator significantly reduces feed consumption per unit of live weight of poultry. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of poultry meat production.

And the cumulative contribution of the Aquator technology to increasing the productivity of poultry farming is demonstrated by the universal indicator “European Broiler Index”.

Innovative technologies in poultry farming

The Aquator technology has also shown its effectiveness when it is used in the poultry farming sector. On one of the farms in South Africa in 2013, the fattening of the meat breed of chickens was carried out. The bird was kept free-range.

The total herd of about a hundred heads was divided into two parts: some were watered with water from a local source, others with the same water, but treated with an Aquator device with a growth stimulator matrix.

Only one indicator was taken into account: the live weight gained, which was determined by weighing randomly selected ten heads of poultry. The results obtained are presented in the following table.

The data show that the use of activated water allowed to obtain an additional 10% of the live weight of the bird.

Activation of water using a growth stimulator matrix is the key to solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of meat production not only in relation to the chicken herd, but also other poultry breeds.

Innovative farming technology Aquator also proved effective in increasing the egg production of chickens and quails.

Increasing the productivity of quail meat production

In the Krasnodar region (South of Russia), on the basis of the farm of IP Shangina M.L. in January-February 2021, the Aquator technology was tested on the task of increasing the productivity of the production of quail meat of the Texas White breed.

Water for drinking birds was taken from the well from a depth of 50 meters. The control group was watered with source water, and for the test group it was additionally activated using a growth stimulator matrix.

The poultry was fed with mixed feed of the “Laying Hen” brand of the Bryukhovetsky feed Mill.

Feed composition:

  • Wheat
  • Corn germ cake
  • Sunflower cake
  • Soy cake
  • Lime flour
  • Table salt
  • Monocalcium phosphate
  • Meat and bone meal
  • Wheat bran
  • Amino Acids
  • Probiotic
  • Antioxidant
  • Vitamin Premix
  • Enzyme preparation Fekord-2012

The test group consisted of 98 individuals of both sexes. Control — 56.

The assessment of the effect of activated water on the quail body was carried out by weighing the carcasses of the bird (plucked and headless) after slaughter and comparing the results with the data for the control group.

Weighing showed a steady excess of the mass of the carcass of a bird from the test group over the average for a bird from the control group by 12% – 17%.

The effect is observed on both male and female quails of the Texas White breed.

The test results obtained at poultry facilities confirm the universal nature of the innovative technology Aquator. The technology can be successfully used in any branch of farming.
