The Problem-Addressing Laboratory for Scientific Substantiation of Traditional Methods of Diagnosing and Treatment at: Russian Ministry for Health, The Federal Research Clinical & Experimental Center for Traditional Methods of Diagnosing and Treatment (FNKEC TMDL) performed a study of the operational efficacy of Aquator appliance designed to influence the structural state of water. The study was performed by “Super-Q” water sample electric conductivity differential & conductometric measuring method, in accordance with method appropriately designed and patented (Patent No. 2109301 with priority dd. September 30, 1996).

This method of studies of the efficacy of bioenergetic exposure was approved on November 2, 2001 at Traditional Medicine Section of Russian Ministry for Health Academic Council (Minute No. 3).

Cuvette used was designed to have conductivity proportional to current strength to be measured.

Kinetic dependence of effects, as produced by three water samples taken upon changes taking place in the electric conductivity of “Super-Q” water samples, was tested as follows:

  1. Water sample taken out of Moscow City Western Circuit water supply system (Sample W);
  2. The same water purified by “Zepter-ECO Water Purification System, Series: EE-RO-6PF” household appliance (Sample F);
  3. Filtered water treated by Aquator generator (Sample T).

Results of changes observed are stated in Table 1 below.

Data obtained (see Table 1) show that, after going through the filter, kinetic dependence for Sample W retains the same form, but has a largely (almost two times) lesser share of plateau-area electric conductivity rates for Sample F. Unlike dependencies for Samples W and F, after treatment by Aquator generator, the form of kinetic dependence, as of electric conductivity changes, for Sample T has a qualitatively dissimilar form. Instead of electric conductivity fluctuations typical for Samples W and F, in Sample T it grows instantly up to rates, which are essentially larger at the plateau area entrance point than before the treatment.

Therefore, the performed measuring evidences, first and foremost, an objectivization of biological action taking place along with the filtering (Sample F) and clearly visible when Aquator generator is in operation, which is directly indicative of changes in the structural state of water.
